Account Details

Username and Password

Each account has a username (your email address) and a password (issued to you by the system administrator of your company or by Interact).

Lost Passwords

There is no way to view or otherwise retrieve the password associated to an account. If you lose your password, please contact your system administrator (or Interact) to reset it.

Webmail

The consult your emails online with your browser, you can use the webmail interface located at https://webmail.interact.lu/.

The new system is https://webmail2.interact.lu/

Email Clients

If you want to be able to send and receive emails using your email client (for example Outlook, Thunderbird or Mail), then you need to first set up your account using the access details provided below.

The incoming server uses POP3 as a default, IMAP is available as a paid upgrade.
