Whitelist / Blacklist

How does the Whitelist / Blacklist work?

The whitelist and blacklist add additional rules to the spam filter:

  • Emails on the whitelist will always pass the spam filter.
  • Emails on the blacklist will always be marked as spam.

Adding adresses to your Whitelist / Blacklist

Step 1: Log into your email account via webmail

Connect to https://webmail.interact.lu/, enter your email address and password and click on "Connexion".

Step 2: Access the Whitelist / Blacklist Settings Screen

Once you are logged in, click on the 'Settings' button in the upper right corner.

Click on 'Spam' on the left side of the screen:

Then click on 'Address Rules':

Step 3: Setup the additional rules

Setting up the address rules is simple:

  • Select 'Accept mail from' to add a new entry to the whitelist or select 'Reject mail from' to add a new entry to the blacklist
  • Enter the email address you want to whitelist or blacklist
  • Click on 'Add Rule'

The new rule will now appear on the screen:

Click on 'Save' to save the new rule.
